If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can reply. Our servers and email provider also see ordinary technical data such as IP address, user agent, and the time of the request. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond, to follow up on consulting conversations you start, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising pixels or a third-party analytics tag on this site today.

Hosting and processors

The website is hosted on Vercel. Messages from the contact form are delivered to PelicanSoft by email. Those vendors process data as needed to provide their services.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business and legal purposes. If you want us to correct or delete information you sent through the site, email us from the address you used or write through the contact form.

Children

This site is for business customers. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this page. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the revised policy.
