Engagements

Consulting, software development, and related services start only when both sides sign a statement of work, order, or other written agreement. That document controls scope, fees, intellectual property, and confidentiality for the engagement.

Unless a page says otherwise, site text, marks, and images belong to PelicanSoft, LLC. You may link to public pages. Do not scrape the site in a way that burdens the service, copy the site as your own, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No warranty; limitation
