Sync RanchLog

A Free book stays on the phone. Ranch and Farm books sync.

A Ranch or Farm book syncs on its own whenever you open the home screen.

Sync now

Sync now shows up only on a Farm plan with a farm already linked. A Ranch plan doesn’t have that button. Instead, the upload line under Subscription shows “Sign in to upload”, “Not uploaded yet”, “Last upload:” with a time, or “Upload failed, will retry”.

1. Open Settings with the gear.
2. Find Sync.
3. Tap Sync now.
4. RanchLog asks “Backup before Sync?” and explains, “Sync can change this farm’s local book. Save a copy first if you want a safety net.”
5. Pick Cancel, Sync without backup, or Backup first.
6. When it’s done, the title reads Sync, or Sync issue if something went wrong.
